Inclusive Environment

At Morning Buds, we consider all children’s needs when designing an inclusive environment, including those of differing ages, interests, backgrounds, cultures and abilities. We recognise all children as confident and capable learners with the capacity and right to succeed regardless of diverse circumstances, including strengths, cultural background and abilities. We require educators to hold high expectations for the learning and development of all children, recognising that every child treads an individual learning path and will progress in different and equally meaningful ways.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land, the Wallumedegal Clan of the Darug nation, whose cultures and customs have nurtured and continue to nurture this land, since the Dreamtime. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and future.
