Ping
Hello everyone! My name is Ping and I am the director of Morning Buds. As a teacher, I want to make a difference. Teaching requires professional knowledge, patience, enthusiasm and empathy- I am willing to provide all things on a daily basis. I believe that each child is an individual and my role is to encourage, educate and allow children to flourish in a positive and educational environment. I am passionate about creating trusting relationships with children. I also believe that families are the first and most influential teachers. I am looking forward to working together with all families to provide quality early childhood education to enrich each child’s life.
Hello everyone!
My name is Ella and I am delighted to join our fantastic team at Morning buds as an Early Childhood Teacher. I have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Arts (major in early childhood) and a Masters degree in Teaching (Birth to five) with 4 years experience as an early childhood educator. My philosophy heavily derives from the works of Piaget, Dewey and Vygotski, whereby I believe play based learning as well as children’s relationship with their family, community and culture enable them to become confident, competent and successful learners. I am very excited to collaborate with you all in delivering high quality education and care to our children!

Charlotte Nobel
Hello everyone! My name is Charlotte and i am excited to be part of the Morning Buds team. I began my journey as a Trainee in 2018 at Canada Bay Council Children’s Service in Olympic Park then completed a Diploma in 2020, I have educated and worked alongside educators, families and stakeholders in early childhood for five years. I enjoy guiding children’s growth and helping them to become confident in themselves. I am now studying my Bachelors of Early Childhood Teaching from (birth to five years) at Charles Stuart University. My personal philosophy heavily derives from Froebel Theory, highly valuing child-led activity and believing practitioners should work with children to give them the freedom to explore, discover and create for themselves, whilst offering sensitive guidance. I will implement my knowledge and experience to provide children with meaningful and fun experiences and interactions. I look forward to getting to know the children, educators and families.
Dear families, My name is Grace, and I am from Shanghai, China. I have experience working with children, both in Shanghai and Australia. In Shanghai, I worked as a kindergarten teacher. After relocating to Australia with my family, I pursued a diploma and completed my Bachelor’s degree at Western Sydney University. During my time in Australia, I have worked in various childcare centres on a casual, full-time, and part-time basis, gaining valuable experience interacting with diverse children and staff members.
As an educator, I firmly believe in the critical importance of the early years in a child’s life. It is essential to provide a safe, caring, and trustworthy environment for our children. Every child is unique and deserves a joyful childhood, along with the opportunity to learn and thrive in an environment where they feel secure, free to explore, and able to express themselves.
I look forward to meeting all the families and working together to support our children’s growth and development.

Hello everyone! My name is Natasha and I am Kangaroo Educator at Morning Buds. I am studying a graduate diploma in Early Childhood Education, with a Bachelor in Business Management. I have experience in an early childhood center, church babies leader and volunteer work in an orphanage kindergarten back in Indonesia. I love the Belonging, Being and Becoming early education framework in NSW Australia in understanding children as competent and capable learners. I notice that children are often underestimated nowadays and through learning different findings and theories, I think the right care and passion can help grow and nurture children.
