STEAM Program
We integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) education into our daily programs to lay a solid foundation for children’s lifelong learning. Our outstanding educational team has a broad appreciation for the various ways in which young children engage with and learn about mathematics, science, technology, and engineering on a daily basis. We position children as capable learners and respond to their ways to scaffold their learnings.
Based on children’s interests and abilities, we plan activities and provide a learning environment for children to explore and discover a problem to solve, and encourage them to question and inquiry using a systematic process, and we encourage children to further investigate to develop their Mathematisation, Argumentation, Observing, Hypothsising, Predicting, Explaining, Designing, etc.
The STEAM program focuses on developing children’s learning dispositions including: Curiosity, Cooperation, Confidence, Enthusiasm, Creativity, Commitment, Persistence, Imagination and Reflexivity.
